Biden administration issues Interim National Security Guidance

The US President issued Interim National Security strategic Guidance on the 3rd March.  Setting out the vision for putting the US back on centre stage and how it is Americas self-interest to strengthen alliances to disrupt threats so that Americans can live in peace, security and prosperity.  The guidance sets out several strategic priorities. 

1.  Foreign policy.  Reinvigorating and modernizing alliances and global partnerships.

2.  Providing leadership in international institutions and systems.

3.   Align trade and international economic policy to serve all Americans.

It is a useful read if you wish to understand the next steps in US security policy.
